Investing Wisely In Your Education

Dear Reader,

The following tips come from my friend Michael Delees, in which among others steps, he advises you that before you pay for tuition, books, perhaps lab equipment and other expenses, and invest your valuable time, be sure there is a job market for the education you will receive.

He explains how to do this and if you follow his advice, you may avoid the problem so many students have, a costly education and no job.

Once someone decides what they want to be they should reverse engineer their educational plans. Make an appointment with someone in hiring. Tell them you may want to work for them after you finish school. Ask for there advice on what schools they may feel would educate you better to get a job with them. Even with the trades and medical techs, go to the people that will be hiring you and ask for there advice on what they look for in education. Go to 2 or 3 companies and you will get a lot of great input to help you make a better educated decision. Doing this could help you not to waste any of you time or money by picking a school that may be making promises that May not pan out. I think you can do the same thing when your trying to find your occupation or trade also. Hope this helps...      Mike
