U.S. Adds 117,000 Jobs In July. Is It Good News?

Most of those jobs were in health care, reimbursements of which the U.S. government is threatening to slash and in retail, in which such firms as McDonald's and Wal-Mart provide plenty of jobs but most of them pay low wages.

So unfortunately, it is not good news.
